I absolutely LOVE this journal. I was looking for the perfect journal for years, something that covered all aspects of my daily routine, goals and was also specific to my athlete journey in Jiu Jitsu. I look forward to using the journal both morning and night to set my day in the right direction and close off with reflection and goals for the next day. Initially I purchased this for my 12 year old daughter. It has been so successful that I have since purchased it as gifts for others. I think the biggest challenge that kids have is noise and learning how to block it out during the game - whether that be negative internal voices or external distractions that throw you off. The inner game journal really helps with this issue. It mentally prepares you to concentrate by keeping your focus on a few key aspects. The better you focus the more you are ‘in the zone’ on the pitch - which leads to better performance.
My daughter loves it and has found it has made a significant difference to her game and confidence. It empowers her to take control of her development and keeps her personally accountable for that progression. An absolute MUST for any athlete!
The pen is great too, good quality and pairs well with the journal. Overall a very refined package which also inspires my daughter to take care it. Love it!! We’ll be back!

Excellent presentation. Stefan's journey of ups and downs, injuries and knockbacks plus success was very relatable and encouraging. His advice was well grounded in solid and sensible theories and best practise around physical and mental health such as focusing on nutrition, sleep, goal-setting, gratitude and mindfulness. The journal will help to set behaviours around this. My daughter said the diary design is perfect for her needs!

My experience with the Inner game journal was amazing. It motivated me to Train harder everyday, the quotes inside the book are really inspiring, the journaling and goal setting was really helpful . To be fair, i've tried writing in journals before & i never stuck to it. Ever since I received my Inner Game journal, its held me accountable for my day to day life. Every morning with breakfast, i write in my journal about my plans & every night, i write about all the positives in my day. By doing this, it helps me to sleep better having all the positive thoughts in my head. Even as a non-elite athlete by any means, my game has improved by so much. I'm able to set mini goals for every training session & game, which helps me to improve a different skill each time. I've found that ever since i've started the inner game journal, i've been in such a better, more positive mindset. 110% recommend to anyone looking to buy & if your on the fence about it, take a chance & buy one anyways!
